1. Great Keycaps.

   Took a while to arrive in Australia, but worth the wait. High quality keycaps, with a great selection and many custom options. Will use again, great customer service as well with a cancellation and order amendment request, dealt with promptly and professionally.

2. Missing Key

   Very happy with the product. The ErgoDox modifier key caps were missing one key, though. The backslash and pipe key cap does not come as a 1.5, which is how the ErgoDox EZ default comes. I had to order some other individual keys so I added that one on but it would be nice if was included with the set.

3. Great colors, slightly thin caps, overall great quality

   Bought the sampler of blanks to get a better idea how these look and feel. I am impressed with the overall quality and the colors look awesome, much better than I expected based on the few photos I see on their site. The keycap walls look thinner than some of my favorite sets I'm using like kat eternal. Checked one with a carpenter and it's coming in at 1.06mm wall thickness on all four sides so it's thin but very consistent which is nice. Keycap texture is rough but pleasant, similar to other PBT caps I've used. Will be buying more, just wish SP would add some serious photos of actual keycaps in various lighting and comparing colors so it's easier to know what you're going to get.

   I love these. They ended up looking and feeling even better than I hoped they would. The colors are vibrant and the legends are crisp and clear. The texture on the top surface feels amazing. I love the amount of options available too. This allowed me to get a full set for my somewhat unique layout (system76 launch).
   I will definitely be ordering more. I'm having fun mixing/matching different color combinations. Shipping only takes a few days too.
   I just wish they offered the color VCE (mint green) here.

   This is such a great product! They offer tons of customizability between these standard sets and their individual key offerings. The caps I ordered arrived quickly and were of excellent quality. No legend alignment issues or blurriness. They were exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would like to see is more color options since there are so many more colors in their PBT catalog that aren't currently available as standard keysets.

6. Very overlooked product

   Why aren't more people in the industry making note of these.
   I ordered these for my Tentaku mechanical clalculator so ordered the numpad base (WFJ) , numpad modifiers (GDE) and a single custom key for 'clear' (RBH).
   All colours were a little lighter than I had hoped, but emphasis on hope, as they are very accurate to the swatch samples above.
   They are also a bit on the thin side in comparison to what I am used to with other caps.
   However, the fact that these are available in such a wide range of kits and a fairly broad range of colours, only really limited by the fact that the text has to remain black, is not to be overlooked. Especially relevant to non standard ANSI layout's. I would much rather have these caps in a choice of colours and with the appropriate legends than paying a much higher price and only getting what suits the designer or the IC feedback.
   There is quality here too. The printing in my caps is immaculate, especially in the custom 'clear' key, the lettering just about fits which I imagine can leave a lot of room for error.
   Logistically, I ordered these on NYE and they arrived with me in Ireland on 8 January, especially impressive as the postage was more than reasonable.

   The printing (sublimation) is way better than I was expecting, very sharp and comparable with their double shot key sets.

8. Best custom ISO / NORDIC stuff that is available

   Safety say I was extremely positively surprised by both the color and quality. Ordered some nordic DSA alpha's in QNG color and ISO text mods / numpad kits in YAM.
   
   There is almost no availability for proper NORDIC alpha's / larger sets except for very few with limited color options. Here you can get everything you want in almost any color you can think of.
   
   Global free shipping for over 50$ is a big plus also.
   
   Note for other Nordic/EU customers that there will most likely be custom fees to be paid but but it is worth it.

   I ordered alphas, ortho mods, and numpad set in GKK and VCC. The colors turned out great. The keycaps look good and feel good. Only wish there was a text Capslock key in the text ortho mods rather than the lock. Other than that great keycaps

10. Excellent quality + free shipping to Canada

    Quality: Top-notch. The plastic is very thick with a nice texture to it. The legends are crisp and perfectly centred. There is no warping on wide keys. Some individual letter keys are slightly warped (you'll see uneven spacing between some keys), but that's to be expected from any PBT set.
    
    Value: These might seem a bit pricey at first glance, but the free shipping to Canada makes them an excellent value (I think the free shipping is over a certain amount only, otherwise it's like $12-13, which is still dirt cheap). You get excellent quality and support for the price (support was very prompt and friendly when I contacted them to make a change to my order).
    
    Overall: I'm very happy with this set. I love the ability to mix-and-match colours. I wish they would offer this option for SA keycaps as well!
