Key lock-outs prevent a keycap from being fully depressed and activating the switch.

To install the lock-out, remove the keys below the switch you want to lock out, then slide the lock-out under the keycap and onto the switch.
To remove the lock-out, simply remove the keycap and lift the lock-out off the switch.

Key Lock-outs are sold individually.

Sublimated Sets are printed on-demand and won't ship "same day" regardless of shipping method chosen.

Does what it's supposed to!

I got this for my keyboard to use on the caps lock key and it just kept popping off. I tried it on my friends and it worked perfectly. Apparently I paid for cherry switches but got some rip off ones... But my friend likes it!

Exactly what I needed

So thought I would add a review here that explains how to install. This appears that it only works with keyboards with hot swappable switches. I removed the switch, attached the keycap to the switch, then attached the lock-out. Snapped it back in, and all was set! Works like a charm and exactly what I was looking for.

Did the trick

I needed to disable a hardware key on my Keychron Tenkeyless because I kept hitting the "change lighting effect" button by accident. These were a bit of a pain to install, but works great once it's in there.

WORKED WELL FOR ME

Very useful if you have some keys that you don't want to use but you keep accidentally pressing. I used these on Cherry MX switches with OEM profile keycaps and they fitted perfectly, so long as you slide them into place with the keycap already on the switch. The only downside is that they're fiddly to remove.

OEM keys = perfect. Aftermarket keys = may be too thick to work

Works great with original keys. They're too thick to work on metal key caps. The key will fall off.

This is hands down the best set of keycaps I've purchased after getting two more spherical PBT keysets before it from sketchy sellers on Amazon and eBay. The quality is excellent, there is no sign of wear on the engraving after several weeks, etc.

I have purchased both the alpha and novelties + a few single keycaps and I'm super pleased with the design. If you are considering to get this, I highly recommend that you go ahead with the purchase!

I got this set for my first TKL keyboard and it looks great, even better in person than I anticipated.

I've ordered many keycaps from this site, and customer service has been awesome whenever I have contacted them with questions about available options.
